个人简介

  博士,副教授,硕士生导师,吉林省E类人才。Scientific Reports杂志编委,中草药杂志青年编委,吉林农业大学学报首届青年编委,IJMS杂志青年编委,TMR杂志青年编委,中国中药协会人参属专委会委员。主要研究方向是药用植物系统基因组学与生物信息学,主要开展了以人参为研究材料,建立了人参转录组、代谢组等数据分析平台。主持科研项目6项,参与国家、省级科研项目21项;在Plant Physiology and Biochemistry、BMC Plant Biology、Plant Genome、BMC Genomics等国内外期刊上发表论文46篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文24篇;授权国家发明专利12件,软件著作权6件;获吉林省科学技术奖自然科学三等奖1项。
